My situation involves several locations. Will you travel?
Absolutely. We will go wherever necessary to complete the job.

Can you keep a secret?
All investigations are considered confidential and are not discussed with anyone not authorized by the client.

Legal Investigations
JPA will assist in the preparation of criminal defense, civil liability, and personal injury cases. We can locate witnesses, serve legal documents, interview police and/or prospective witnesses, and collect and review evidence. We can also collect information on parties to litigation, take photographs, testify in court, and prepare evidence and reports for trial.

Corporate Investigations
JPA will conduct internal and external investigations for corporations or other organizations. Internal investigations include substance abuse, sexual harassment, embezzlement, worker's compensation fraud, and employee theft of company property or information. External investigations typically involve criminal schemes originating outside the organization, such as theft of company property or information by someone other than an employee.

Pre-employment Background Investigations
A pre-employment background investigation can help with hiring decisions by providing the assistance you need to select the most qualified, honest and dependable employees. We know the questions to ask and where to find the answers to avoid potential problems. Getting this information is time consuming and can cost you far more than our small fee if not done correctly.

Depending on your requirements a background check may include any or all of the following:
  • Previous Employment Verification
  • Credit History
  • Personal References Check
  • Criminal History
  • Social Security Number Verification
  • Education Verification
Personal Safety & Asset Protection
JPA can provide executive, corporate, and celebrity protection to our clients and their families as needed. This may include threat and/or risk assessment for a given situation or location.

Security Consulting
Our goal is to assist clients in identifying, reducing and managing their security risks... risks that threaten their physical assets, profitability, reputation, the safety of their employees and visitors, and in some cases, even the very survival of their business. More and more firms and organizations are realizing that it is worthwhile to conduct security surveys of their entire organization or a particular facility or process.

Security System Design
We also provide security and/or CCTV system specifications and design. We will review your RFPs, plans, or bids, for overkill or under kill. Not all security systems are the same and not all security system dealers are competent and/or ethical.

Sexual Harrassment / Hostile Work Environment
Few things can cause greater, or more costly legal problems for an employer than a sexual harrassment or hostile work environment claim. JPA can help you develop a workable policy. We can provide the training to help your managers recognize sexual harrassment and how to handle a situation when it arises.

Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Recovery
Does your organization need to establish an emergency plan, or update your existing plan. JPA can assist your management team with this essential task. An Emergency Preparedness Plan is typically tailored to an organization and it's special needs.

The plan may include procedures to deal with:
  • Fire
  • Hazardous material incidents
  • Natural disasters
  • Terrorism
  • Workplace violence
  • Evacuation
  • Personal Safety
